The college resource website UniversityHQ<\/a> has ranked the University of La Verne\u2019s College of Business and Public Management among the best in the country for 2022, recognizing the college\u2019s excellence in multiple categories for bachelor\u2019s degree and master\u2019s degree online business education.<\/p>\n

The college ranked eighth for best online business management bachelor\u2019s college; thirteenth for online public administration bachelor\u2019s college; eighteenth for online business administration bachelor\u2019s college; and twenty third for online business management master\u2019s college.<\/p>\n

UniversityHQ reviews more than 4,000 public and private colleges and universities for its rankings, which are intended to help prospective students with their college decisions. Methodology includes factors such as cost of tuition, admission rate, retention rate, graduation rate, graduating salary, and other factors.<\/p>\n

Online programs in the University of La Verne\u2019s College of Business and Public Management are taught by faculty who are both practitioners and scholars. The small online class model helps accommodate an interactive learning experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur program provides the tools and outcomes that help those working in the public and non-profit sectors hone their skills and develop new ones,\u201d said Suzanne Beaumaster, professor of public administration. \u201cIt provides a great foundation for moving into management positions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kathy Duncan, director of the Master of Science in Leadership and Management program, said the college\u2019s programs help working adults improve their managerial abilities and achieve upward career mobility in their organizations.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany students report promotions during the program and after graduation across a wide variety of sectors and industries,\u201d Duncan said.<\/p>\n
